  • After you schedule a consultation with our firm, you will be sent an intake form so we can get some basic information.

  • The price of your case depends on a variety of factors. At your consultation, the attorney will get the information they need to be able to give you a price and they will provide that to you at that meeting.

  • How long your case takes depends on a variety of factors, so we can’t say for sure how long it will take.

    What we can say for sure is that we know how important it is for your case to be resolved quickly, and we will do what we can to help you reach resolution as quickly as possible.

  • While many of our cases will never see a courtroom, some cases do require court.

    If you do need to go to court, rest assured that we will prepare you with everything you need to know before you ever step foot in the courthouse.

  • Absolutely. We are based in Las Cruces, but have worked on cases all over the state. If you and your case are not in Las Cruces, we can travel to you or you can travel to us, and of course there are always plenty of zoom or phone calls in between.

    We take cases in Deming, Silver City, T or C, Ruidoso, Roswell, Socorro, Albuquerque, and everywhere in between.

  • We make it a priority to keep you updated on your case. When you work with us, your case is assigned its own legal assistant, paralegal, and lead attorney. Additionally, because we are a small firm, many times all members of the firm will be familiar with your case.

    If you need to talk to your lawyer at a time when she or he is not available, we will have another person reach out to you to speak with you as soon as possible.
